We process the data you submit through the contact form:
Purpose: answering your inquiry and, on request, preparing a proposal. Legal basis: steps taken at your request prior to entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in maintaining contact (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
The website collects no other personal data: no tracking cookies, no advertising or profiling tools. Anonymous traffic measurement is described in section 3.
The website runs on infrastructure operated by Cloudflare, Inc. To serve the site and filter malicious traffic, Cloudflare processes technical data about the visit, including the IP address. We measure traffic with Cloudflare Web Analytics. It works without cookies: it stores no identifier on your device, does not follow you across websites, and builds no profile. It records aggregate data — page viewed, referring source, browser and device type, country — from which no individual can be identified. This is why we ask for no cookie consent. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in understanding how the website performs and how to improve it (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Submissions are stored in a Google Sheet in the Controller's Google account, and an email notification is generated. Processor: Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland) — see policies.google.com/privacy. Only the Controller has access to the data.
Inquiry data is kept for at most 1 year after the inquiry is answered, unless a contract is concluded — in that case the rules applicable to the contractual relationship apply. On request, we delete your data earlier.
You may request access to, rectification or erasure of your data, restriction of processing, and you may object to processing. Send your request to info@whitehawk.hu; we reply within 30 days.
You may lodge a complaint with the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH, Falk Miksa utca 9-11, 1055 Budapest, Hungary, naih.hu) or with your local supervisory authority, and you may seek judicial remedy.
